Welcome to East Lake Cove’s official community Web site. East Lake Cove, in St. Cloud, Florida, sits on the northeastern shore of beautiful East Lake Toho. We are just 6 miles south of the Central Florida Greenway, also known as the 417, and within 40 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando. The University of Central Florida, Lake Nona, St. Cloud’s Lakefront Park and Orlando International Airport are all within 30 minutes. Numerous golf courses and boat launching sites onto East Lake Toho are also just minutes away.

Construction on East Lake Cove began in 2003 and our gated community, now complete, has over 165 single family homes with large yards and manicured common grounds. Amenities include a community dock onto East Lake Toho, tennis court, underground utilities, basketball court, playground, volleyball court, multiple parks under mature oak canopies, pristine ponds with illuminated fountains and a natural preserve area.
