East Lake Cove HOA News 

UPDATE ON ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING HELD DEC 1st

Last evening, the annual HOA Members meeting and election of the Board of Directors did not have enough people attend or submit their proxy to achieve a quorum (51) of members. Since there was no quorum, there could not be a Members meeting or election. There was a Board of Directors meeting held however, as there was a quorum of the Directors. The Board unanimously appointed Michelle Danker and Craig Bryan to fill the open positions on the Board created by the resignations of Dave Coates and Diane Charbonneau. The Board of Directors give our appreciation and thanks to Dave and Diane for their years of serving on the Board and volunteering their time to better the community.
