I'm having problems when I get to the next page. Windows XP Service Pack 2 does not let me install the ActiveX file (VatDec.cab) that I need to view the security cameras. How do I install it?

If you cannot see the surveillance video produced by the cameras on the next page, then you will need to check the following security settings. In an open Internet Explorer Web Browser you will need to go into the “Tools” menu found at the top. Now click on “Internet Options”. Next select the “Security” tab and with “Internet” selected click on “Custom Level”. This will bring up a window listing the security settings for your web browser when browsing the internet. You will need to ensure that the following are set to “Prompt”:

Download Signed ActiveX Controls
Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls
Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins

Once these three options are set to “Prompt” you will need to click on “OK”. Now repeat the process and for “Local Intranet”. This is found in the same window as when you selected “Internet”.
